Every redemption commits a fixed share on-chain to a foundation dedicated to the scientific search, accrued on-chain and swept to its wallet by a call anyone can make. No person can change it, pause it, divert it, or skim it.
Someone returns a forged artifact to the contract. The contract burns it and computes a payout from the current pool.
Most goes to the person redeeming. A share stays in the pool. And a fixed share is committed, in that same transaction, on-chain, to a Foundation-bound escrow inside the contract.
Its destination address is set when the contract is built and cannot be changed. There is no withdrawal path to the team or to anyone else. There is no treasurer and no discretion.
A single function, callable by anyone, including you, forwards the accrued total from the escrow to the foundation's wallet. This is the one step the contract defers, and no insider controls it.
A foundation that receives this flow has zero operational obligations. It need not run a node, sign a transaction, hold a key, integrate any software, or even acknowledge receipt. Funds arrive at an address it controls, through a sweep anyone can call.
This is deliberate, and it is a courtesy. The foundation is the charitable destination of a mechanical flow. It is not a partner, not a sponsor, not a participant. The project is built this way so the foundation carries none of the project's reputation and none of its risk. Accepting or declining the gift is entirely the recipient's choice. The mechanism imposes nothing and assumes nothing.
You protect the thing you respect by keeping your distance from it.
